Work and Travel in Hawaii
WORK IN HAWAII ALL YEAR ROUND
Short term work is available for those in the agriculture and tourism industries. Many local farmers host travellers for a couple of weeks, up to several months or years on their mango, macadamia nut, or coffee farms. Depending on the host, travellers may have the opportunity to earn a small additional income as well. Additionally, many people who own houses in Hawaii but do not live here full-time 'hire' caretakers to live on the property for free in exchange for handy-work or maintenance.
