World Bank Paraguay

Receptionist

Tasks

Provide a first point of in the World Bank office.

Serve the reception area: greet visitors, answer questions and redirect them as necessary.

Operate the e switchboard: answer incoming calls and redirect such calls to the appropriate staff.  Pre-screen calls and provide necessary response. Take messages and deliver them accordingly.

Ensure that security measures are appropriay followed in the reception area. Report any inconsistency to the Security Focal Point.

Distribute documents within the office

Receive daily newspapers.

Help ensure the smooth functioning of the Country Office, meeting with the Executive Assistant (EA) and other Administrative Client Services staff (ACS) when necessary to coordinate other tasks. 

Tasks include:

Perform administrative and operational support as required, such as Mission’s support.

Draft notes in English and /or Spanish

Assist in the office common areas.

Provide backup coverage for other ACS colleagues.
