We are a certified organic vegetable farm that produces food for local consumption. We grow an abundance of vegetables and potatoes on 4 to 5 of our 50ha and on the rest, grains of many heirloom varieties of wheat and rye for our bakery. We sell our ecologial vegetables locally mainly through subscription baskets commonly called CSA (community supported agriculture) locally (Björklinge and Uppsala)
Our focus is sustainability and good nutritional food for vegetarians and vegans. We host international volunteers, apprentices and students from Agricultural schools who do their practice with us.

How we work
We have rooms in a farmhouse, in cottages or something like student rooms. Depending on how many helpers are here you can share a bedroom with one or two people in high season or have your own bedroom. There is a shower and toilet in the house or in a house next door. We eat our own vegetables which are ecological or also buy dairy or vegan products and other things we do not grow.
