Hi there! My name is Francesca, and I come from Italy. I’m gonna graduate in April 2020 in Gastronomic science at the University of Parma. After my graduation I would like to take a gap year (or even more, nothing defined yet) to travel around the world, to improve my skills, practice my English, getting to know other cultures each country has to offer and meet new people.

Before university i have been working 3 year in different restaurant and resort as a cook and a waitress, and during my first year of university I've been working as a receptionist but I had to quit because I needed to do the internship in order to graduate.
During the last year i've been travelling through Europe to improve my English and increase my skills, so I've been to Sweden for two months in a hop farm, than in Spain in a brewery and two months in Portugal in a flower farm.
About Me
I’ve turned being interested in biodiversity and alcoholic fermentation and all his products, in fact my thesis is about ‘the biodiversity of italian hops’. So I’m most interest in beer brewing, agricolture, sustainability but also helping with animals. I love travelling and I have been all around Europe and last but not least Brazil. I am a huge nature enthusiast, I am interested in environmental issues and a big animal lover (I'm vegetarian)
