March 2016: John Lewis (work experience)
Whilst working for John Lewis I gained an insight into the working world as I helped out on multiple different departments around the store. I worked on Customer collection point I also worked on visual merchandising, gift food, gift list, EHT and Menswear.
Feb 2017- August 2017- DSV
Whilst working at DSV I gained new found skills in timekeeping, file organization and problem solving skills, I worked sending packages of flooring from Belgium for a company called UNILIN, I found the job to be a great opportunity to get an insight into the world of logistics and to learn new skills which I couldn’t have picked up in another field.
December 2017-December 2019- Hugo Boss and Givenchy Fragrance Sales at Trafford Centre
Whilst working in an of different stores including John Lewis, Boots, Debenhams and Selfridges, I have sharpened my customer service skills immensely and have gained a new found confidence, I enjoyed every moment of working here and I have not only gained confidence but I have gained the ability to research products and use it to better my knowledge and push sales even further.
