Who I am
I have been in customer face to face retail since leaving high school. I am a natural leader in the workplace, reliable, confident, trustworthy, and professional. I have a passion for retail, customers, and people, ensuring I am constantly delivering excellent customer service and representing the brand I am working for in a professional manner. I am happy to go above and beyond to make sure customers feel they’re being looked after, and I pride myself on having run small and large teams in several busy and high grossing stores.
I love to bring a sense of fun and humour to work, making sure that the hours spent are an enjoyable time. I keep busy, and make sure I delegate efficiently to my team ensuring the maximum amount is accomplished in the work day, either short or long. I’m also a great team player. I’m someone who likes to work hard and can meet targets, I pride myself on having great communication skills and thriving under pressure. Customers expect the best, and I like to deliver that expectation.

My duties are: helping manage the overnight team to ensure the store is ready to trade for the following day. This is my current full-time role, I would be looking to reduce my hours for this.
