Deckhands needed on Alaskan salmon fishing boat

My husband & I own a commercial fishing boat that we use to catch several species of salmon in the waters around Kodiak Island. When we are not fishing we will be spending a considerable amount of time at our off-grid homestead on the north end of the island where we are largely self-sufficient in the way we live off the land & sea. We are looking for 1-2 deckhands for the salmon season that will live & work on the boat with us & who is less concerned about making money than having an interesting experience. The cannery price on salmon is reputed to hit a record low next summer, the conditions can be cold & wet & the hours can be long, so don't inquire if you're not extremely physically fit & in it for the adventure/learning experience.
