HELP Youth Volunteer

As a HELP Youth Volunteer, you'll help create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for local children through sports, games, crafts, and interactive workshops. By encouraging teamwork, creativity, and healthy lifestyles, you'll play an important role in supporting young people within the local community. This is also available as a coordinator role depending on your motivation, skillset and our needs. The HELP Youth project only takes a few hours each week, giving you the opportunity to get involved in a range of other OCN initiatives, including English teaching, environmental and literacy projects, girls' education, homework support, community improvement projects, and animal welfare. This varied role offers around 25 hours of volunteering per week. Based in the coastal town of Huanchaco, you'll experience Peruvian culture, improve your Spanish through everyday interactions, meet volunteers from around the world, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of local children.
