Recruitment Coordinator Update recruitment platforms and University outreach. Follow all recruitment protocols vis a vis timely follow-ups of enquiries and respond to requests for information. Liaise with staff and coordinators to answer all queries from potential new volunteers. Report on applications and recruitment development with the Marketing Manager. Conduct or assist with Skype interviews of new candidates. Ambassador and Alumni relations Recruit ex-volunteers to our OCN Ambassador Program. Keep our Ambassadors updated on our work and projects.
