Workers Wanted for Hostel Chain in Peru and Bolivia

Workers work shifts in the hostel- either in bar/food/events in the evenings (events like movie nights, salsa lessons, parties, pingpong tournaments, etc), in reception in the mornings or in the afternoons, or in events in the afternoons (walking city tours, taking guests to the traditional market for lunch, taking guests on hikes up to the White Christ, etc). In exchange we offer a free bed in a shard dorm room, breakfast, and some money for lunch. We require a minimum stay of at least a week or two, but longer stays are our preference, and several months to a year is fine (as there is no upper limit). If you work 7 days, you have an additional 3 days of lodging, to accommodate excursions. (If you are traveling for a longer period of time and would like to apply for a standard job, please specify as such in your email, but in that case we would want a commitment of 6 months to a year.).
