CAREER SUMMARY

I bring a diverse exposure in career, spanning both the public and private sectors. I retired as a Major from the Bangladesh Army after 23 years reputed service.  I excelled in various roles, including Recruitment and Training Officer, and Command and Leadership positions and logistics in the army. I gained international experience as part of multinational forces in Haiti and served in two UN missions in Haiti and Liberia.

As General Manager of HR, Admin, and Compliance at a prominent garments group, I successfully managed a wide range of HR functions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

I held the position of Registrar at Leading University, overseeing administrative operations and ensuring efficient management of student records and academic processes. Currently, as the Director of Safety and Security Management at Daffodil International University, I have also HR Role of huge security personal.

I claim to be an accomplished person for HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, and policy implementation. I have a proven track record of establishing and developing departments, implementing innovative HR strategies, and fostering a positive work culture.

­  Working as Head of Operation of Safety and Security Company, to provide safety security support in a conglomerate.

­  Gave leadership on Recruitment, Onboarding and Training and Development of HR in Industry,  a Corporate Head Office and in a University as Registrar for about 9 years.

­  Established customer relationship and customer service Head in a marketing company.

­  Developed a large Army School and Training Centre as coordinator in an institution, where 3000 recruits can stay, provided training and get ready for induction in the Bangladesh Army.

­  Worked in multicultural environment in UN Set up as Operation Officer in a Regional set up in Haiti and Liberia.

­  Worked as Logistic Officer for 4500 people in peace and operational situation in the Defense Force.
