2014 CPC Project Services LLP, Project Management Intern
Whilst on my summer break off university I had the opportunity to intern at a project management company, which specialised in many engineering projects. My time at CPC was incredibly insightful and I had the chance to see the complete process of a project from start to finish. During my time there my duties included:

- Monitoring project risks and identifying any potential problems and solutions to them in advance
- Acting on client feedback
- Providing stage plans, highlight reports, risk logs, request for change etc
- Shadowing various project managers
- Visiting sites and liaising with the London Underground team

2011 - 2014 Next LTD. UK, Sales Associate
As well as maintaining my high attainment level during my degree I also worked part time as a sales assistant. Though this was a real test of time management and organisation I strived through becoming a well liked and respected member of the team, taking on and developing many responsibilities and skills such us:

- Providing information and guidance to customers about Next products
- Carrying out transaction on the till systems and replenishing the till points
- Built strong working relationships with customers while resolving their queries and complaints
- Becoming very professional and developed very good crisis management and interpersonal skills
- Replenishing both stockroom and shop floor stock

2014 Constructionarium, Concrete Foreman and Assistant Project Manager
During my degree I was also a part of a very informative and knowledgeable project where, alongside other team members, I was asked to construct a functional oilrig. The project allowed me to develop many important skills needed in the industry and was extremely beneficial in terms of giving me an insight of how working on a construction site felt like. The skill set and responsibilities I acquired and took on are as followed:

- The making of concrete slabs and walls
- The poking and levelling of the concrete before it had set
- The repairing and modifying of the set concrete
- Making judgements on the most ideal concrete consistency
- The delegation of roles and supervision of my team
- Overseeing the installation and removal of secondary supports

• I take a keen interest in community based clubs and events; this is reflected in my enrolment as a peer mentor to the younger years during my secondary school years as well as being part of the ‘Value Life’ committee which is an external charitable organisation which aims to tackle violence and crime.
