I am an experienced international Chef of many years my original training focused on Italian cuisine wood fired pizzas were my specialty, my interest and skill set, and knowledge base were directed towards Asian based cuisines and healthy diet concepts specifically vegetarian options and medicinal herbs. My second career focused on gardening and natural urban sustainable food projects and medicinal-designed landscaped gardens, I managed my own small business promoting sustainable gardening practices. My current work pursuits are a combination of community support work, skills-based outdoor educational activities, mentoring and leadership programs as a lead tour guide
