At my current position as Manager Operations, I’m effectively managing 28 employees. All of them directly reported to me. I was responsible for overseeing the Risk & Control, overall output quality of the team and constant coaching to ensure team members have enough job knowledge and support LoB with timely review and closure of any new requests. My biggest priority was ensuring highest quality production and timely escalation of all Potential risk with the customers.
