November ’15 – Now Resort Manager – Andorra Resorts
Currently working as the Resort Manager for Arinsal in Andorra. Role includes managing supplier relationships; dealing with customer issues; running social media channels and organising online bookings.
Sept – Nov ’15 Parking and Security Administrator – University of Winchester
Temporary administrative role where my original 4 week contract was extended to 2 months (until I left for Andorra) based on strong performance in the role. Role included customer service, answering s, approving and managing parking permits, and managing relationship with ticket provider.
August – Sept ‘15 Global Enterprise Fellow – Balloon Ventures
Awarded a part scholarship for a 6 week international programme in Kenya to work with young entrepreneurs across sectors from agriculture to retail. Led entrepreneurship training for 5 entrepreneurs, focusing on innovation, testing and financial management as well as growth and marketing strategies. Created business plan for entrepreneurs to pitch for finance. Chosen to sit on the investment panel with a Savings and Credit Cooperative to decide which entrepreneurs would receive loans.
July – August ‘14 Marketing Assistant (Redken & Pureolgoy) - L'Oreal
Following completion of my 12 month internship, I was asked to stay on for the summer, covering past job roles and holiday cover.
July ‘13 – June ‘14 Marketing Intern (Redken Retail) - L'Oreal

Brand manager of men's brand: pioneered conquest initiatives; budget management; commercial deals; National s; e-commerce partnership and merchandising. Led YTD growth. Oct ‘11 – April ‘13 Student Fundraiser - University of Sussex Annual Fund Phonathon
Role involved calling alumni and persuading them to donate money to the University. Developed negotiation & communication skills, empathy and confidence.
July – August ‘12 London Ambassador -2012 Olympics.
Volunteered to help promote event, giving tourists positive impression of London and assisting frustrated locals. Further improved confidence, teamwork and empathy.
June – July ‘12 Marketing Intern - Atradius Credit Insurance
Worked with the Global Corporate Communications and Marketing team. Learnt about using social media for B2B marketing and social media escalation models. Tasks included research, reports, presentations to global team, event proposals, helping run inar and some copywriting. Learnt more about working with ad agencies, sponsorship and PR .

Writing and editing posts & reviews. Learnt affiliate and social media marketing, SEO techniques and developed master skills.
