Now I am working in a Language Link school in Krasnogorsk. I am responsible for hiring teachers, making schedules, testing, signing contracts with students, manuals, co-working, etc. I am a teacher and a Director of Studies at the same time.

Intensive learning. English courses for all levels. Normally I worked with groups of four to ten people of approximay similar level of speaking. We used the unique methodics developed by "Metland". It was very useful for me because I learned how to deliver different features of language much faster than I thought it was possible. With the help of various handy -sources we were making learning an interesting and engaging process. Plenty of warmest feedback we got.

I worked with groups, mainly with adults in their offices. Communicative approach. Pearson and Longman responsibilities were to develop reasonable writing skills and sound speaking skills among the learners which I was doing perfectly fine whether they were beginners or experienced ones. One of my achievements to be proud of is that I was able to help my students become fluent speakers.
