My skills

I'm a Reiki Practitioner which is energy healing.

I'm also a baker and cook and am always in the kitchen trying to come up with something. Have worked in restaurants as well.

I'm big on meditation and am able to teach those looking to enhance their well being and spirits.

I've worked on a sweet potato farm, reeling in sweet potatos and quality checking them. Very much would like to enhance my learning with this as well.

Simple man, I love music thats chill(mostly old school nothing newer depending on the genre).

I'm big on martial arts especially Tai-Chi.

I like to read spiritual/holistic books for the most part and I like to write on my free time.

Nature walks are alwasys amazing as I love to connect and speak with nature.

Into lots of herbal healings with nature, especially with aromatherapy, teas, tinctures, etc.

Love playing violin, would love to learn drums or flute, and especially indigenous instruments.
