I have just under seven years experience working in a sports retail store from December 2011 - June 2018

I have 18 years experience as a dancer, I also taught dance for 12 months in 2010.

I have a vast experience in customer service roles and have worked with a range of personalities and emotionally charged situations where I was required to mediate. I am proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and have a high quality standard of writing and communication skills.

Full CV / Resume

In 2017, I completed my Bachelor of Psychological Science by distance education. I quickly found employment as a Case Manager at Wesley Mission (WM), an organisation with a longstanding reputation for providing safe homes and carers for children and young people in need.

My role required a high quality of work as we were often working alongside the legal system. I have developed proficient time management skills as well continuing to improve my client/professional communication.

While working for WM I continued working for a sporting retail store, Rebel Sport, where I had worked for just under seven years, from 2011 - 2018. I eventually left Rebel Sport in order to give my full attention to WM.

I have also worked in a butcher shop for three years, a coffee shop for two years, a Mexican restaurant for one year, and was a dance teacher for one year.

It is with this experience that I have developed proficient customer service skills that I feel translate into whatever field of work I am in. All of my professional roles have required a degree of customer service, though my role as a Case Manager in particular required me to build relationships with a broad range of people and to mediate during emotionally charged situations. While the job was child focused, it was equally  focused on supporting the adults in the situation and providing them with the skills to manage children's behaviour.

English is my first language, however I am continually studying the German language and look forward to continuing to improve my skills.

About Me

I enjoy music and dancing, the outdoors (whatever that might be, bush walking, hiking, the beach - or, perhaps something more extreme, such as skydiving, bungee jumping, white water rafting), I love to read. I love new experiences and immersing myself in the culture of wherever I am.
