Host overview
Koa Tree Camp is a luxury campsite on the North Devon/Cornwall coast. We are based on a smallholding and aim to offer amazing holidays to people whilst attempting to live off the land and be self-sufficient as much as possible.

What we provide
How we work
The set-up here is that we have a static caravan (about 40ft long and with 3 comfortable bedrooms, a kitchen and a sitting room) in which we house people. We offer this space and supply food for all meals in return for between 5 and 6 hours of work a day (5 ½ days a week). The caravan may be shared by up to 4 people and is mixed sex, although we aim to keep boys and girls rooms where people do not come as a couple. You will likely have company for most if not all of the time you are here. Volunteers are often from all over the world so it makes for a fascinating mix of people. The caravan does not have internet or TV but both are available on the farm. There is Wifi available in the office and we are working on putting a TV in one of the barns should that be of interest but otherwise we encourage people to cook and eat together and make the most of the chance to meet new people (sorry my cheesy moment there!). The caravan is located on the edge of the campsite so we do ask that you are respectful of the guests and their right to peace and quiet in the evenings and we in turn ask the guests to do the same for you.
