we are small countryside family winery we take care the wineplants, to produce grapes and wine. we live ecosustainable life. with our electricity and hot water from stove by woods fire in winter and heaters, so every energy comes from our property. you can see all the passages to produce a great bottle of wine. we try to give less humans impact to nature use our naturals human energy and less machinery. In the winery the process is natural in the winter in old method with few new technologies.

How we work
we need help to take care the plants, pruning, stripping cutted branchs, tied, put inside the branch in the wires of lines, digging, cut the leaves, harvest grapes, to plant the babyvines and work in the winery to make the wine and bottleling and labelling them. cut and collect woods for the stoves and hot water/heaters.
My mother cook for everyone but she need to someone Clean the house, wash the dishes and kitchen.
work 5 hours a day for 5 days a week, the weekend is off and you can travel
