Duties

HR

·     Identifying, planning, and executing needs for training. 

·     Developing personnel policies and processes.

·     Assisting with day-to-day HR-related questions.

·     Maintaining employee records and paperwork.

·     Manage the recruitment and selection of all new employees and contract staff.

Administrative

·     Maintaining an electronic and hard copy filing system.

·     Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Access.

·     Scheduling meetings and pOrganizing travel & accommodation arrangements.

·     Recording, compiling, transcribing, and distributing the minutes of meetings.

IT

·     Installing and maintaining hardware and software packages.

·     Verified fresh hardware and software for compatibility with company systems.

·     Response and resolve computer system problems as required

·     Networking admin; Building, configuration, and Administration.

Trainer

·     Conduct small group and individual training sessions based on learning needs.

·     Lead learning classes on improving Computer knowledge and English language for kids and people skills needed for workplace success and advancement.

·     Organized food preparation, event activities and accommodations for large training assemblies.

Cooking

·     Cooking and preparing a variety of fresh meals
