But I was raised in a farm, and my secondary education is related to agriculture and forestry. I love nature and farms!

Support in specific projects as well as current operations in both JDE HR and SAP HR environments. Activities under CTS scope – Applying SAP notes and their manual prerequisites, syntax errors corrections, Support packages, Transport requests handling and approval cycle. UC4 administration: creation/update/deletion of jobs, process chains, events and other objects that are triggered to SAP R3/APO/BW and Unix servers. Associated troubleshooting – connection errors, forecasts, etc. SAP MDM: Data sync analysis among R3, BW, JDE Edwards, AD and other platforms(IDAdmin, local white pages). Manual data trigger from R3 to MDM.

Relevant accomplishment: March, 2015 – Technical coordination in SD Nota fiscal implementation in Brazil – 403 SAP notes applied with their corresponding additional steps/configurations. Successful go live with no critical issues reported.
