Spaceforme/MPS, Head of Marketing 

Initially this role was for a Sales and Marketing Executive. However, when the Directors of MPS invested in a new B2B company, they asked me to head the development of the new Spaceforme brand. My responsibilities included: 

  • • Sales, Business Development, Negotiation, management 

  • • Management ing, Purchasing 

  • • Marketing Strategy and Implementation 

As the company grew, I had the opportunity to specialise in marketing and business development and I became Head of Marketing for the MPS Group. This included MPS, Spaceforme and a new brand I personally developed SFO (School Furniture Offers). SFO was an Ecommerce WordPress solution, selling Spaceforme products direct to Schools. Overall, I was responsible for the planning and implementation of all marketing activities, within the UK and abroad, for the MPS Group. My main achievement at this company was to help create brand awareness for the multiple product brands under MPS/Spaceforme and to play a key role in the increase of the Spaceforme annual turnover, to match that of the original MPS business. This equated to a 2200% increase in turnover, within 3 years. 

September 2006 to August 2010

During my time as a lecturer, I taught Sound Engineering and Technology on a range of BTEC courses.

About Me

I see the importance of keeping a healthy body and mind. Therefore, I carry out regular exercise including; running, walking, body weight exercises, yoga and meditation. My greatest passion is my Martial Arts training in To-Shin Do, Ninjutsu, in which I currently hold a first-degree black belt. For the past 10 years I have trained regularly in the Art and currently coach other students too. Additionally, I also hold a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and Gym Instruction.
