I'm an experienced documentary photographer with a passion for editorial stories. I love helping nonprofits and meaningful community organizations do better work by illustrating their everyday activities, because I believe in photography as an instrument of change. I also have many years' experience in marketing as a copywriter for companies big and small, helping them communicate via social media, print publications, sites, landing pages, online advertisements, blog posts, and marketing. About Me
I am serious about documenting the world, its people, and what we're doing to change it. I don't care what I'm doing as long as I'm learning something and taking pictures of it. I'd much rather take the local city bus with a chicken in my lap than have a hired car waiting for me at the airport, and I would much, much rather meet someone new in a bookshop than wait to see the Mona Lisa. I believe in compassion and global awareness rather than personal gain, and know that every challenge is a lesson in becoming a better person.
