Feb 2009 - present Whistles, Assistant Manager
As a customer service driven brand, learning how to interact with customers has improved my styling skills by considering various individual’s requirements whilst developing my communication skills. I have experienced working in various stores including the original and central London flagship stores, with a mixture of markets and product packages. Having had the opportunity to assist setting up a new store alongside head office helped me to advance my understanding of visual merchandising. With assistant manager responsibility of running the day, successfully organizing and motivating the team, being a key holder, cashing up, banking, deliveries and transfers, payroll, filling in business trade reports, dealing with returns and customer complaints.

EXPERIENCE

Sept 2014 – March 2015 Meadham Kirchhoff, Studio Assistant Internship
First hand assistant to designers and studio manager working on the development of collections. Production in main studio involved pattern making, toiling, cutting, machine and hand sewing garments for sampling and production, restoration work on archives, assisting on photoshoots, costing, creating invoices, helping at exclusive press sample sale evening and running errands.
London Fashion Week SS15, helping backstage and dressing models under a high pressured environment whilst meeting Meadham Kirchhoff’s desired aesthetic and catwalk time keeping.

April 2014 University of Brighton FAT Fashion Show Showcased designs and dresser backstage.
