In the summer of 2015 I volunteered at an organic farm in East Sicily. The work involved long days in the heat moving, planting and harvesting fruits and trees. The experience allowed me to grow massively, I had to push myself daily during the cycle to and from the farm in the blistering heat. In July 2016 I had the privilege of completing the Staged for Life Programme certified by Edinburgh College. During this I learned how to rig lighting, PA systems and work sound and light boards for shows. I was responsible for the sound cues during a play hosted by our team in front of a live audience, an experience which I thoroughly enjoyed and will not forget.

Hobbies/Aspirations:

As a former university student it is important to have activities other than your work life which stimulate your mind and promote continuous growth as a person. For me this focus is several things, a few of which are; exercising, video gaming, writing lyrics, hiking/climbing and reading various genres books. I believe it is essential to keep stretching the mind which is why I like to challenge myself to become better at adapting to unfamiliar situations. I hope to start an enterprise which will one day have a lasting, positive impact on the lives of future generations.

About Me

I am at a stage in my life where I am learning many new things about myself, networking, building relationships and honing my craft in the things I love doing. I am regularly creating music on my laptop and I'm in the process of educating myself on how to become a Functional Movement trainer through fixing various problems with my own body and hopefully being able to be of service to others with this skill.

I pride myself on being honest and authentic but this comes with its difficulties. After going through a phase in my life where I was reading many self help books I realised I am much better inspired by reading books about real world historical events and people who have meaningful and pertinent stories to l. If a book does not lend itself to helping me in my life currently or inspire me I find myself losing interest in it.

I will listen to all kinds of music as long as it sounds good, inspires me or makes me come alive. Anything with a good melody and meaningful message. From hip hop to Black Sabbath to Deep House, if it makes me present to the moment I will listen to it.

My lifestyle as of recently has been oriented around my health. Living at home it is difficult to stick to a healthy regiment but meditation, running, myofascial release (self massage), fasting and watching what I eat have all played a part in improving my health and I would love to share some of these practices with you!
