My skills

As a manager and personal trainer of a family fitness center, I have decided to start teaching English as a Foreign Language and travel the world. With a drive to help people in need, I have gained great experiences getting in touch with other cultures, languages, costumes and traditions. One can never know enough to stop learning. Language (TEFL) program in Prague, Czech Republic, that focused on teaching methodology, lesson planning and the structural, lexical and phonological aspects of English. Course focus included instructional strategies for adults and young learners at varying competency levels. Approaches to learning included whole group and one-on-one lessons. Also, completed assignment work and language awareness tasks.
 ISSA Personal Fitness Trainer Certificate (2011) – Completed an 8-month International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) program focused on exercise programming, exercise physiology, functional anatomy and biomechanics, assessments and fitness testing, nutrition and weight management, basic emergency procedures and safety, program administration, and human behavior/motivation.
