SEASONAL WORK IN BASHKORTOSTAN
SPRING
We have a lot of farms and good agroculture. So in spring time is good for planting of the crop.
SUMMER
This time also good for work in farm.
AUTUMN
It's harvest time. And people need the help cheap labour and expertise. But actually I never hear that we used volunteer and a lot of people don't speak English. But we really need good worker!
WINTER
We have skiing and very good, in wimter time we have a lot snow! I think it's not perfect period for come, it's cold time.
ATTITUDE TO FOREIGNERS WORKING IN BASHKORTOSTAN
Local people attitude very good to foreings. We try help even don't understand English. My nationality very kind and hospitable. Sure in the capital people more progressive but if you want see nature I advice go to South, where the mountains.
