My personal qualities include excellent people skills combined with a solid level of integrity and honesty as well as having a high amount of initiative that I can use to overcome challenges in the workplace.

At this stage in my personal development I am looking for challenging working activities that will improve my overall knowledge and experience of the modern workplace.

I have plenty of experience in customer service, mostly in the hospitality industry. I have a high manner of respect and politeness. I also have a high tolerance when it comes to dealing with difficult customers.

I have had some other work experience in IT based business activities which have included doing marketing, some development and also graphic design.

Making drinks for the popular restaurant, including coffee’s and cocktails. Retaining the high standards of Bill’s. Taking great care in my work. Managing the bar on shift, ensuring all items are stocked for service. Following specifications. Communicating with customers and presenting the company in a good light. Cleaning the bar, ensuring that it is in a respectable and tidy state. Working well under pressure and to a time constraint whilst keeping the high standard of each drink I make.

Making drinks for the restaurant. Being the only hired bartender in the restaurant. Managing the bar. Counting stock. Overcoming obstacles that may arise during my shift. Interacting with customers, managing transactions. Providing a positive and friendly experience when dining. I have also been a waiter on shift before which shows my ability to adapt and learn new skills in the workplace.

Delivering Pizza, keeping up the positive appearance of Papa Johns. Being punctual and thinking outside the box when things didn’t always go to plan. Planning routes to deliver pizza in the most efficient way possible. Dealing with challenging customers in a calm and professional manner.

Working for Data Privacy Services as a Certified Data Protection Officer, I am responsible for ensuring and maintaining compliance with the GDPR. I have extensive knowledge of data and information security. I have assisted in the implementation of GDPR compliance with over 100 of our clients. I have also undertaken many security audits for companies of various different sizes.
