ATTITUDE TO FOREIGNERS WORKING IN BELLINGEN

I am French and Australian, born and raised in France. I arrived in Australia 3 and a half years ago for the first time. I worked mostly in hospitality in Bellingen and generally I have been feeling very accepted in all the work places, except in a motel outside of town. There are many foreigners living and working here for the season or permanently, and many backpackers. The locals are used to meet people from different parts of the world, it is a very friendly town!
