WORK IN COPENHAGEN ALL YEAR ROUND

Please edit this section to tell travellers what kinds of short term work is available in Copenhagen all year round. Mention skills that are in demand here more than other places. For example, if you can get some work as a translator in Copenhagen but it is as hard as anywhere else, don't list it. If it's a region in China that cannot get enough English translators.... I think you get the idea.

SEASONAL WORK IN COPENHAGEN

SPRING

What kinds of work are available in the spring time in Copenhagen. Remember to keep work that is all year round in the section above and not mention it again here.

SUMMER

Work that is needed by hosts in the summer in Copenhagen

AUTUMN

What kinds of work are there in Copenhagen in autumn? Maybe it's harvest time, but do people need the help of foreigners for either cheap labour or expertise? This is the kind of thing we need to know here.

WINTER

There are no mountains in Denmark so there are no Ski resorts to work.
Winter is low season and the staff working hours are cut to the minimum.
Jobs can be found in restaurants and cafes, where danish language is a plus but english will do.
To work legally in Denmark an address and CPR-number is required.

ATTITUDE TO FOREIGNERS WORKING IN COPENHAGEN

I have hardly ever seen discrimination towards foreigners working in Copenhagen.
The only occasions this was not too well accepted was from elderly danes who struggles with english.
I can't say that foreign workers are "well seen" but neither are they looked down upon.
They are there and it's fine.
