SPRING
In Spring you can work especially like gardener, perhaps look at thing like Villa Taranto or for azalea production, a tipical flower of this area
SUMMER
In Summer you can work in tourism and restaurant Sector, also you can work like lifegurad on lake or in to swimmingpool, even working on boats and ferry
AUTUMN
In Autumn there aren't special works, if you're lucky to find enough mushrooms ( maybe like 10 kg or more) you can sell them...but works are the same of other areas
WINTER
In Winter we have a lots of muontains so you can work like skii instructor or in to an skiing park, also you can work in to a shelter, they works for all the year but in Winter is more cool ;)

Foreigners are not all rich and stupid, not all of them at last =)
We like foreigners that came here for holidays, espacially if they worked for having a relax/pause here and usually they're a lots
