Zachodniopomorskie county i becoming one of the best place for sailing in Poland right now. Szczecin which is the main city of this area has a project named 'Szczecin floating garden 2050' which is about to make it city a city on the water (?) and so far they are doing really well. I've beed watching this city and all surroundings for pas 5 years and now I can definietly say that they are on the good way to hit the target. According to that in my opinion most required skills right now here are related with sailing, water etc. Moreover this area is rich in fish ponds so maybe skills related with that kind of job? I am not sure cause I've never worked in job like this.

In my humble opinion majority of people in this area are open for new expieriences. Even if someone is not talking in any other language, which is very possible in older groups of people, I am sure this person will do anything to help you with any issues. On the other hand we have got this younger generation, including me, where almost all people are talking english - better or worse, but they are and of course they are helpfull as well.
