WORK IN SAINT PETERSBURG ALL YEAR ROUND

In general, it is very hard to find a job in Saint Petersburg not only for foreigners but for locals as well.
Though being a foreign language native speaker you have some advantages as you can work for language centres, or in hostels/hotels as a receptionist, or in a restaurants with required language skills. If you're a professional in field connected with cooking you'll be welcome in Saint Petersburg's fancy restaurants. Russian language skills will be desirable. It is always better to learn some rudiment Russian when going here.

Saint Petrsburg welcomes artists of all kinds, especially if you are practiced in some national arts. You can try to find job in entertainments or do master classes or short courses for locals.
