with the apartheid regime that ruled South Africa from 1961, and laws imposed for no interracial relations, we really have come a long way. with a constitution that is widely recognized as one of the best in the world. many races and foreign people live in this gorges country.
with our borders not always able to handle the influx of foreigners, and government corruption, many foreigners from Indian and African country's bare the wrath of some xenophobic attacks, but this is contributed to criminal activity, mostly in the low cost housing areas where everyone is trying to make a living.
as a foreigner you will always be welcome in Sedibeng and locals accept you as part of the Sedibeng community.
