WORK IN CENTRE-DU-QUEBEC ALL YEAR ROUND

Quebec is a really nice place to come for foreigners! People here are really sweet and open, but they talk french. And most of them don't have a good english. But if you want to improve your french, it is a really good place to practice because people like to talk and meet strangers! But if you want to work in a store or a restaurant you have to speak a good french. I think it can be easy to find any kind of job in Quebec if you speak french. But if you only want to come to volunteer, I am sure there's plenty of different possibilities!

SPRING

Really I don't advice to come in the Spring because often we still have snow and the weather if really bad and there's not a lot of work to do...

SUMMER

There's a lot of opportunity to come for a summer job! To work with kids in summer camps, work in amusement park... And if you come at the beginning of the summer you can search for summer job in restaurants and different stores because it happens often that employer only need help for the summer!

AUTUMN

Autumn is the season of apples! So you can come help in the orchards. Also if you want to come work for a long time, most of the jobs start in autumn so if you come in autumn and search a job, there's a lot of chance that you find one!

WINTER

If you are a good skier, we have a lot of mountains and center for ski that needs teachers! And winter is long, so you can work from November to March or even April!!!

ATTITUDE TO FOREIGNERS WORKING IN CENTRE-DU-QUEBEC

People are sweet, welcoming and nice. They like to talk, meet people and they love people. As long as you're someone willing to help, willing to discover the culture, they will like you.
