Located along the Florida Gulf Coast, there is an abundance of wealth coming from the coastal regions where tourism flourishes.There are many retail and hospitality jobs due to the town's booming economy. Coastal jobs needed in the Spring time include lifeguarding, teaching at the local universities, managing shops in highly populated regions (Siesta Key & Lido Beach), and non profit occupations dealing with environmental education and clean ups.
